For our fast growing company, we are looking for a motivated candidate for the position of business controller to strengthen our Finance team in Antwerp (Belgium). You will play a pivotal role in the success of Parte, a leading PE-backed portfolio company disrupting the property management space. We are interested in speaking with candidates experienced in business controlling, coupled with an entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset.

As part of our Finance Team you will be taking ownership in (i) providing data-driven analyses, (ii) assisting with forecasting and budgeting exercises, (iii) cost optimization and (iv) further KPI development and monitoring combined with benchmarking. You will closely work with the Finance manager and have international exposure.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Data gathering, data analysis and data visualisation, to support business decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Analysis and reporting of financial and operational KPIs

  • Assisting in monthly P&L, Balance sheet and Cashflow reporting to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Taking ownership of optimisation and digitisation of current financial processes and daily financial operations.

  • Providing support during forecast exercises and budget preparations.

Vereisten

  • A master’s degree in business administration / economics or related field.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.

  • You enjoy working with numbers, understanding and telling a story from them.

  • The ability to solve complex problems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to form strong relationships.

  • Accurate method of working and eagerness to take ownership.

  • Encouraged to work with a digitised/automated mindset.

  • Proficient with financial software and dashboarding tools.

  • Fluent in Dutch, English & French.
